Prof. H. Mapoma – Team Leader

Prof. H. Mapoma serves as the Team Leader for the SAVE project at MUBAS, providing strategic direction and overall leadership. Mr. A. Kalembo – Finance Specialist

As the Finance Specialist, Mr. A. Kalembo manages the financial resources of the SAVE project at MUBAS, ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficient use of funds. He is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with both World Bank and government guidelines.
